A few things to know
Registration and VIP payments are separate. Every payment is reviewed manually. Submitting a screenshot does not automatically activate an account or unlock a betslip.
Your account shows payment decisions and review notes. If proof is declined, read the note before sending another payment and contact support if you need to correct the same transaction.
